It has been 10 years since my last cleaning. I was referred by a friend to give Hawkins a try. I tend to get the white coat syndrome anytime I walk into a dentist. Plenty of bad experiences! Hence not going for a while!! Even though it had been a while since my last visit I wasn’t beat up over that fact. Josie was my hygienist. She was caring and explained everything that was going on throughout the experience. Which to my surprise was a good one. Had a few things that needed attention but nothing serious. Cleaning went and they explained every future concern they had. Even when u was leaving. Jennifer was very helpful explaining what was to come and helped get things arranged so it met my schedule. Thanks you for the pleasant experience.

They were all polite and very forthcoming. I mean everyone, from the lovely people that worked the front desk to those that were patient while taking all the photos of my mouth and inputting data into my medical file. They explained everything. Even down to what that sharp looking tool was going to be doing in my mouth which eased my nerves. I felt welcomed and heard. I'm glad I've decided to make this my dentistry.

Had an emergency and they was able to work me in, I have extreme fear of dentist, the team quickly recognized this calmed me down, and offered sedation and took care of me properly, Dr hawkin is not only a good dentist but is very understanding about anxiety. Anytime I moved he would stop and make sure all was good. He did what he could do for the moment, there office set me up with a root canal specialist, and I will be back. I very grateful.
